As tickets for some events are in high demand, we have introduced a time limit during the shopping process to ensure all customers have a fair chance of getting their hands on them. When you place an order the tickets are held for you and cannot be purchased by another buyer unless you remove them from your shopping cart. The time you have to complete your order will be displayed at the top of your shopping cart.
For some high demand events the time will be shorter to reflect the demand of the onsale. It is advised you always pre-register for an EVENTIM account so the process is quicker and you can secure your tickets easier.
