What does “best available seats” mean?

“Best available seats” are the best seats that EVENTIM can offer at the point where a customer chooses to put tickets for an event in the EVENTIM shopping cart. At this point the tickets are reserved while the customer considers the purchase and no one else can view or purchase them. If a customer decides not to purchase the tickets, or does not buy them within a specified time period, they are removed from the shopping cart and made available to other customers.

The amount of available seats changes as customers buy them and as a venue or promoter increases or decreases the number of tickets that can be offered for sale. Tickets may also become available if we have to cancel an order because a customer does not follow our published terms and conditions, including any promoter, venue or event specific terms.
