Has my order been successful?

If your order has been performed correctly, after completion of payment you will bedirected to the orderconfirmation page. Also, within a few minutes you will receive an email (to the account you previously logged in) confirming the order of your tickets.

If you are unsure whether your ticket order was properly received by us, you can also check the status of your order under "My EVENTIM"and the section "Order history / Your orders". If you click on this, you can see your orders and their current processing status.
